20-Family House

The 20-Family House on MacArthur Avenue and Beekman Street is located in Sayreville, New Jersey. There are separate entrances and small wooden porches for each unit. It is uncommon to find this type of row house outside of a traditional urban context. It was the largest of the workers' row houses built by the S & F Company. (Guter, 1979). Compare this with the Manager's House.
